This is one of my favorite contraptions. I bought it years ago thinking it wouldn't do much for me. Boy, was I wrong! It really works your belly.


All I do is get down on my knees and then grab both handles of the wheel. After that, I roll out in front as far as I am able to control it. That's not the hard part. The hard part comes next. I have to roll the ab wheel back into me.


When using this gadget, I just want to accomplish one thing. My mission is to see how many of these repetitions I can do in 5 minutes. I also try not to rest, if possible.


That's what I suggest for you, shoot for 5 minutes of this exercise a day.


Deadlifts and squats done with weights


I'm just going to assume you are familiar with each of these exercises. These two exercises are great for your stomach muscles because he indirect stimulation your abdominal muscles get from these exercises is awesome.


These two exercises actually work better than doing exercises that directly target the abdominal muscles. You need your abdominal muscles to stabilize your body during these exercises. And that's what makes these exercises great.


If you want to lose a lot of weight quick, do plenty of these exercises as quickly as you can. I recommend you do 5 sets of at least 15 repetitions. Limit your rest between sets to 1 minute.


Try to do this at least 3 times a week, and alternate between deadlifts and squats.


If you do these great stomach workouts, you'll notice your stomach getting tighter and firmer in no time.

I have a lot of new clients who come to me feeling frustrated with their exercise routine, mostly because they haven't seen the results they want. The unfortunate thing is that a person can work out every single day and not achieve optimal results. Running daily or getting on the elliptical machine regularly will give a person a certain level of fitness, but to be truly lean and in shape, a body needs a wide variety of exercise utilizing all muscle groups.


A solid boot camp or exercise program challenges clients to work their entire bodies in order to achieve better weight loss and optimal fitness. The following is the philosophy I use to design my effective North Las Vegas boot camp program:


·Unchanging Exercise, Unchanging Physique- Your body grows accustomed to certain types of exercise, such as running, and ceases to be challenged by repeat work outs. If you don't mix up your workout routine and challenge underdeveloped muscles, you won't lose weight and you won't achieve the best results.


·Muscles are a System- Individual parts of your body don't, and shouldn't, work in isolation. If you overdevelop one muscle group without paying attention to the rest, you risk injury and negative results.


·Boredom Kills Motivation- if you aren't mentally and physically challenged by your workouts, you'll grow bored and, most likely, give up on your routine. Variety is the spice of life, including with workouts.


·Total Fitness for a Total Person- Your overall fitness- from head to toe- affects not only what you see, but a number of things you don't. A toned body supports better posture, better digestion, better heart and organ health, better mind function and so much more.


·Time is Valuable- If you only have 30 minutes to spend working out, shouldn't you have the most complete work out possible? A half hour on a treadmill just isn't going to yield the same fitness results as 30 minutes in an effective boot camp working your entire body.


·Looking Better Overall - Unfortunately, there are a lot of treadmill enthusiasts out there that don't look their best in a swimsuit. While the main goal of exercise should always be to obtain better health and quality of life, we can't forget that it also helps us to look and feel better.

This is why it's crucial that you guard your standards and realize that lowering your standards will almost always lead to you giving up.

The secret to maintaining high standards is having a strong standard for measuring your own value and one which is not based on exterior things which you cannot control. This value standard is known as your personal Value Qualifier (VQ) and it's the key to succeeding at anything in life. Those who have an untouchable sense of their own value have no problems maintaining high standards for themselves and no problems sticking with their commitments.


What's the standard which you've set for measuring your own value? Is it based on something which you only have limited control over? If so, you'll always have a hard time keeping to your commitments when things get tough. However, with an untouchable VQ, you become unstoppable in maintaining your standards, keeping your commitment and achieving healthy weight loss.
